Orders are shipped via Greenline  and takes approx. 2-3 working days.

Shipping Rates

Cairo & Giza Greenline shipping fees are  100le.

Alexandria Greenline shipping fees are     120le.

Return & Refund:

Maison Baya products are all handmade, making each piece unique. Please allow slight differences from the pictures due the nature of handmade work and the use of natural materials.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt and in its original condition.

For returns or exchange, please contact us.

Only product price will be refunded and the buyer should bare the price of returning shipping cost, unless return comes at our fault.

We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the products do not meet return or exchange requirements.
